Life can be challenging and chaotic. Unfortunately, we can’t magically whisk ourselves beachside to Tahiti for instant stress release. And you know what? Even if we could, odds are it wouldn’t work because what we were struggling with would be waiting for us upon our return, perhaps even bigger and nastier for the neglect.

So, what is a body to do? Personally, I’ve worked diligently to create an internal place of peace and calm deep within my invulnerable soul. It’s a mental oasis that is all mine and where dwells an everlasting wellspring of strength and resilience. 

You can scoff and laugh, call it a fantasy and say it is not real, and you might be right. But I care not for it is very real for me.
